Funds are held in secure escrow when you hire a worker. Payment is only released after you confirm the task is complete. If you're not satisfied, our dispute resolution team mediates, and you may receive a full refund.

Are there discounts for recurring tasks?

Many workers offer discounted rates for recurring bookings. When posting a recurring task, you can specify the frequency and often attract better rates from workers who value consistent work.

What payment methods do you accept?
